Our Programs
A well trained dog, without the hassle!
You're here because you love your dog, but not their behavior! Maybe you've tried other methods that just don't seem to work for your dog, or maybe you just don't have the time to dedicate to training. We understand and we're here to help, training your dog is our full time job and it's a job we love! Our board and train programs make it easy for families or people with busy schedules to have well trained dogs too!
We spend 4-6 weeks with your furry friend teaching them all the skills they need to be a reliable, enjoyable member of your family. Over the first few days, we get to know your dog and their unique personality so we can come up with a individualized training plan to meet their needs, and yours.
The training doesn't end with your dog, we train you too! With three lessons throughout your dog's stay, we teach you all the skills you need to maintain their training for the rest of their life. After your pup returns home, we're always available via phone, email, or even in person for additional lessons to make sure you and your dog have the support you need to be successful!
Rockstar Dog - dogs 6 months to 12 months of age
Rockstar Extended - Dogs 13 months to 20 Months of age
Is your 6-12 month old puppy full of energy but lacking in manners? Our Rockstar program is perfect for dogs struggling with jumping, pulling, barking, or general impulsiveness.
Enjoy off-leash adventures together! Through our training, your dog will learn to come when called, stop pulling on the leash, and respect your boundaries. Say goodbye to jumping on guests and hello to a well-behaved companion.
Is your adolescent dog driving you crazy? Our Rockstar Extended program is designed to help dogs this age overcome challenging behaviors like excessive barking, jumping, and leash pulling.
Adolescent dogs have more deeply ingrained behaviors, but with extra time and patience, we can help your dog become a well-behaved companion.
Our program focuses on:
- Impulse control: Teaching your dog to think before they act.
- Focus and attention: Improving your dog's ability to stay on task.
- Reliable behaviors: Training your dog to be obedient both at home and in public.
- Enjoying off-leash adventures: Learning how to safely and confidently enjoy outdoor activities with your dog.

Program details

Good Dog But... - 21 months to 3 years
The Good Dog But Program is a specialized training program designed to help dogs aged 21 months and older overcome fear, anxiety, or reactivity, while also building essential obedience skills. Our program focuses on dogs who are not aggressive towards people or other animals, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for both the dog and their human companions.

Dogs are with us for six weeks
They are taught the commands come, place, wait, sit, down, and heel. Along with the optional commands of drop-it and leave-it.
All commands are taught to an off-leash level.
Three lessons are included. One at our facility, one in Hudson NY, and the final one is held where your dog lives.

Ongoing support for the life of the dog.

Puppy Jump Start 10 day board n’ train program - 10 to 18 weeks of age
This program is to teach your puppy new age-appropriate skills. Due to the young age range and length of the program, your puppy will have a solid foundation.
Skills included:
- Name Recognition
- Sit ( including sitting politely at doorways and sitting for food dish)
- Lay down
- Leave it
- Drop it
- Go to your bed
- Go into crate
- Crate training- maintaining
- Foundation leash training
- Foundation skills for coming when called with verbal cue and whistle
- House training schedule
- Confidence building with frequent trips to our puppy enrichment gym
In addition, we work on social skills with other puppies and people in a proper and safe environment. Our puppy program focuses on giving pups the skills needed to grow into confident, social, and well-adjusted adults.
